Do I Qualify?

BTB Capital works with established B2B businesses. Here's what we look for before reviewing an application:

• ✓ $250,000+ in monthly invoicing — Your business must be billing a minimum of $250,000 per month in accounts receivable. You don't need to factor all of your invoices — just enough to meet the minimum.
• ✓ Corporation or LLC in Good Standing — Your business must be legally formed as a Corporation or LLC and be in Good Standing with the state.
• ✓ B2B sales only — You must sell to other businesses (Corporations or LLCs), not to individual consumers.
• ✓ Creditworthy customers — Your customers must have the financial standing to pay their invoices.
• ✗ No existing UCC-1 filings on your receivables — Your invoices and accounts receivable must be free and clear of any liens. If your assets or receivables are currently pledged to another lender, you are not eligible.
